"HIP serves salads, soup, sandwiches, wraps, entrees, Mexican dishes,
smoothies, date shakes, and home baked desserts. There are raw options. All
food is completely vegan and organic when possible. The bread is organic and
home baked daily. One of my favorites is the Indo Wrap, which is wheat and
gluten free. It's wrapped in an edible rice wrapper and is filled with tempeh
and vegetables, and has a peanut and coconut dipping sauce."
