prepared Vegan with little or no alterations. Fire Roasted Artichoke
- comes with a garlic mayonnaise on the side, so ask for it to be removed.
Soft Pretzel - comes brushed with butter, so ask for no butter.
Bruschetta. Candied Walnut and Asian Pear Salad - ask for no Blue Cheese
Crumbles. California Citrus Salad - ask for no Blue Cheese Crumbles.

Broiled Portobello Sandwich (the mushroom itself is marinated in our Balsamic
Binaigrette that does not contain any dairy) - ask for no mayo or cheese. Our
sourdough bread, French bread, wheat bread, squaw bread, and Bruchetta Bread are
all made without eggs, milk or whey."

Will substitute most dishes with meat in them with Tofu, either Fried or
Steamed. This was suggested to me by the bartender when I was ordering the
basic, but delicious, Stir Fry Veggies with Tofu.

"We went back to Fresh Mint again tonight and
it was awesome. The golden soy chicken delight was fantastic (and so popular
that we got the last order), and the signature lemongrass curry was great too.
We had the banana fritter for desert and it was lovely. Much better than the
first visit!! Good news too is that it was pretty busy! I think they're looking

"The Vegetarian Extravaganza" Sliced cucumbers, arugula,
sprouts, avocado, tomatoes and red onion served on multigrain bread with spicy
mustard. It's the only vegan item they have, but it's pretty good. You
can order a cup of fruit as a side. They also have a Portobello sub that
could be ordered with no cheese and a Portobello Salad that could also be
ordered without cheese.

and a large supplement section with knowledgeable staff. They have a lot

Warning - this in from an AZVegan.com visitor: "I visited
Thaifoon restaurant last night and I just wanted you to know that it is NOT
vegan friendly. Yes, they do say on the menu to let your server know if
you are vegan, but they do not accommodate you in any way other than telling you
that everything has fish sauce in it (except the pad thai, which wasn't very
good). The atmosphere was great and it was a nice area, but that's about
all the has going for it, at least for vegans."
